I rarely write reviews, but feel so pleased with this honest and excellent small business. We've had two separate high end appliances correctly repaired by them. Our brand new 3,000 Profile refrigerator was under warranty and Best completely repaired it, I'm beyond pleased and relieved. Then several months later our beloved very old Bosch Dishwasher had a major problem. To replace it would be very expensive. We had Best come out and look at it. Frank and Jamie were wonderful; the issue was diagnosed quickly and every communication was pleasant. I will definitely come to them first for any future appliance issues!
Great communication and service. Got our Bosch refrigerator working. Had a quirky freezer problem after we left the freezer ajar while out of town. Would recommend.

The person I spoke to on the phone was polite, efficient and called me back quickly when I had to leave a message. The technician who came to my house (within the promised time frame), Frank, provided the information I needed to make an educated decision about whether to fix my machine or not.
