Update to the owner's response below - this owner may have obviously forgotten, but Best Copy did in fact take maintenance agreement payments from us for almost a year and a half. Yet, I never met anyone from Best Copy in person, and they never repaired any of the units for which they collected these payments. I could go on, and on, but hey, its been THREE YEARS since I left the review below....enough said, that's pretty standard for the level of service we received from them....hilarious if not so sad at the kind of service... read more
