Bought a property in Grand Bend, and live in Hamilton. I contacted multiple HVAC companies in Grand Bend, and Dave was the only one who got back to me (while on vacation at that!). Seeing as I couldn't be there, I let them in via my Smart Lock, gave my CC info to them and put blind faith into them. I couldn't have been happier.
