Extremely rude. The person assumed I wasn’t local because of my phone number’s area code and hung up before I even had a chance to say I live in Springfield. A simple question would have cleared up the misunderstanding. I expected basic courtesy, but instead the call was abruptly ended. I won’t be contacting this company again.
