DO NOT HIRE THIS CONTRACTOR!! This company is run by Fausto Velasco, he is not only lazy but also irresponsible and non cooperative. My parents hired him to redo two of their bathrooms and fix the structure of a treehouse which had been damaged by lighting. They paid 75% upfront thinking that with this show of goodwill Mr. Velasco would honor his contract and perform his duties well.
