They swindled my 87 year old grandpa! They were here for 20min tops and charged him for an 1.5hr. All the man did was buff a part of the furnace and placed the old part back in. The service guys name is Tony Ott. Don’t get me wrong, it was an off hours call, but he over charged him for sure! Never again, won’t recommend! It is 198/hr and charged him 297. I can see maybe charging an hour to make it worth your time but buffing a part with a piece of sandpaper and putting it back in the furnace is not an hour and a half job!
I just a new furnace and hot water heater. The guys was so respectful and professional. Thanks for your service
