Honestly, I was terrified to go. Thinking the worst. I was doing a liver flush by Dr. ANDREAS moritz. He suggested getting a colon cleanse. So I booked in with su. Sue made me feel so comfortable with her lovely calm demeanour. You put a gown on. Lay down and she gently 'hooks you up', a tiny weeny little soft tip that gets inserted.... you don't feel a thing. Being a first timer for a colonic, I was anxious and nervous, however, I soon became very relaxed and looked after. A very calming, nurturing and holistic place.
Had an unpleasant experience speaking on the phone to one of the naturopaths. The naturopath seems knowledgeable but her phone manner is terrible. She seemed angry at me the whole time i was on the phone to her. Talking down to your clients like they are children is not the way to secure business. I had considered switching from my current naturopath to your clinic but was completely turned away by your client handling - try listening more and judging less.
