I have known Steve Gerardi since 1989 and will bend over backwards to help out a customer. He goes above and beyond what a normal body shop does. His employees have been there for years (he has no turn over) and his customers come back over and over. Best body shop in Houston, or Texas or the USA!

Mr. Gerardi gives complete customer service. After being rear-ended on that horrible nonsense we Houstonians call I-45, he walked through the insurance assessor's entire estimate record with me and took his time to point out where the repairs would take place. He lets you know your vehicle will be taken care of and that's priceless! Small family owned gem. Thank you BCC!
