The manager of this storage facility called me today to let me know that the unit they rented out to me has mice. I appreciated her reaching out to me about this, and I Asked her to compensate a month of storage fee for the Inconvenience of having to come back and put my stuff in a different unit. She is unwilling to accommodate this request and will only offer me a more expensive unit, Or a smaller unit at full price.
