I thought we would have a great working relationship but we did not. While I understand the workforce is very sparse in PCB I agreed to pay larger fees for cleans and still ended up being dropped from their schedule on a Wednesday having a turn coming up Saturday. They “lost” our cleaning closet keys and returned bags of dirty towels and sheets I already had paid to have cleaned. We are having to re key our locks and pay our new company a laundry fee to wash linens I already paid to have washed. I do not recommend hiring thi... read more
I stayed at an Airbnb in Panama City, FL that was cleaned by Best Cleaners On the Beach. I misplaced an iPad and book while at the house with several people. On the morning of my flight, I could not find either in my room and was in tears as I had to leave without them to catch my flight. I contacted my Airbnb host and asked if the cleaning services had found either item, knowing that a new iPad would probably be "lost" forever even if it was found. Having had vacation rental properties now for 20+years, we like so many can speak to the fact that the most important and the weakest link in the chain to success is the cleaners that we use for our properties.
