Arrived to drop off, open sign on but doors locked. Sign says under new management...think you need to go back to old management. Turn off the sign if you are not open. Not that difficult.
Dropped off a shirt for laundry and starch on Thursday morning and was told it would be avalable for pick up after 5 on Friday. I showed up at 1 PM on Saturday and guess whose shirt wasn't there? I now get to miss a shift of work because I depended on my clothes being ready. I was going to drop off several more, but put them back in my bag and walked out. I lost money today thanks to them. Took my jacket to them many times.. This time got it back it had shrunk alot. Took it back that day On Feb 15th. Was supposed to get a call back from a manager.. Never heard anything. Today I go to just cut my losses and get my jacket.. It's not even in store.. No word from the manager.. The woman at the counter is oblivious to anything.. I'm genuinely surprised she can operate a pencil. I'm not convinced she even knows her own name. Champagne Bridesmaid Gown Great Morning, I have been trying to contact someone from management since December 17, 2016 when my mother arrived at the cleaners and became aware that the gown was stained all over and ruined which caused much distress and aguish as I was unable to be in my Uncle’s Wedding .
