Will never go back. Have put up with less than ideal service for a year. Average $100/ month in dry cleaning. He let me know he does not need my business. Wish someone would open up some competition for him in Oxford.
My mother wanted to have the lining of her new suit pressed so that it would hang right. The gentleman said he couldn’t do it and tossed it back on the counter like it was a rag. He has a piss poor attitude and business acumen to match.
If you can't alter a straight skirt, you shouldn't even consider yourself a seamstress. When I asked if you do alterations, your answer should have been no!! Waste of gas and time.
Does not repair fabrics
I can in thinking I was going to get great service due to the reviews. High disappointed customer service and didn’t want to takeoff 2 inches from my pants. Why have a business if you pick and choose your customers.
