Best Choice is the worse choice. To start your aggravation and wasting time, read on. I asked for an estimate Dec 29. After ***** installed a Tankless water heater and punching holes that went through a wall, and other defects, including borrowing MY extension cord to go through a hallway for power, permanently!, Supervisor ***** finally came to repair it. My husband and I have been given the run around about getting an appointment for repair on our tankless water heater that we had installed my this company. We tried to get an appointment on Saturday (4/13) in which we were never given a return phone call. Followed up on Monday (4/15)in which we were given an appointment for Tuesday (4/16) at 1PM.
