My roof is leaking and when I left a message no one called me back. Saying my roof was leaking. When I called a different number the lady said and thought I was calling for a quote. When I I asked the company address she refused to give it to me. And finally when I explain what was going on she said they no longer service San Antonio. She did give me another number and no one answered. Go figure.

Cesar was friendly and helpful for an old person like me. He explained everything clearly, went over the payments and so forth. I felt like it was a bargain and he's trying to help me as much as possible since I'm on a fixed income. I'm an older veteran so it's nice to have someone to talk to with a project like this
