Great roofers and did a great job, completed job in one day. Highly recommend.
I would give zero stars in possible. The worst experience ever. Best Choice installed my roof 3 years ago and I’ve had leaks every year since. My roof is still under warranty and I now have a leak that I’ve been getting the run around on fixing for over a month. Terrible communication overall. I’m one step away from paying for a third party to repair and seeking help from the courts.
Best Choice Roofing is a great company to have doing your roof. From the salesman to the production manager James Gray who was there to answer questions and help anyway he could. The crew that did the work were very polite and they cared about the work they were doing. The clean up was excellent. Everyone I dealt with was very helpful and polite and didn't make me feel like I was bothering them. Highly recommend this company.

Best Choice Roofing performed a repair on my roof a few years ago. However, the repair was completed using the wrong color and brand shingles and was not properly reported to the insurance company. Fast forward to today: my roof recently sustained wind damage from a storm. The insurance company is now refusing to cover the new damage because the previous repair is not uniform with the rest of the roof.
