Thank God for Alex and Xavier over at Best Choice Roofing. I appreciate their honest feedback and support through this roof inspection. They deserve all praise and again thank you God for leading them to me.
No communication! Have been calling for a receipt for years for full payment! They make appointments to finish repair from storm damage but don't call, don't show up. This interrupts my husband's business. He makes appointments and has to cancel bc of roofers no show! This is more than inconvenient!!! We are very pleased with our roof but the lack of communication has soured the experience.
I had storm damage to my roof. I'd been working my claim with my insurance company. Best Roofing inspected my roof and worked with my insurance company and got my claim approved. The sales team was great to work with. Once the work was scheduled all worked exactly as quoted. The dumpster came when it was supposed to, the materials shortly were delivered. I had an appointment today at 3 to talk about them patching my 10 shingles on my house. The guy never showed or called No good in my book
Paid but still no new roof!!!!!!!
