Michael L was incredible! Outstanding customer service and prompt response time. Was able to get an inspection within a few hours of reaching out. He assisted with initiating the claims process and was very understanding when we learned our insurance would be selecting their own contractor for the project. I regret we were unable to use BRC however appreciate the service we received up to that point. Would highly recommend based on the experience we had.
The salesman Kameron was great to work with and made the process of getting the roof done in a speedy manner. Completely satisfied with the service.
