Best choice roofing provided poor service. Our experience with them was terrible. I will not recommend them to anyone. Despite of our asking for black shingles they applied a black/grayish and then attempted to install gutters that were different from what we asked for, which also were black. They seem to over book roofing jobs and have poor communication. They did a good job on my roof and also I received a large deduction on my insurance due to the 30 year shingle. The workers were professional and polite and their clean up was exceptional. UPDATE: NEW INFO: Avoid this company. After 8 months of completing my roof and being paid in full they start sending me text message that I owe more money. How do companies get away with this??? Shamez was wonderful, professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and patient with me! He explained everything in detail even if he had to repeat himself. The work was completed when promised and well done, the crew didn't leave one nail behind. I would highly recommend Best Choice Roofing.
12-6-25 On 10-15-25 we paid them a deposit of $7,500 to replace our roof and have not seen them since. We have tried contacting several times and nothing. Might be time for a Lawyer. Replying to your post since for some reason the only way I can do it is to edit my first one. I have texts and times of every message and the one call we got. We paid $7,500 up front.
