After having a leak from the ceiling after a day of rain, my wife contacted Best Choice Roofing and they were able to come out and do an inspection within a day, Theo was very professional and thorough with the inspection, taking pictures, videos and explaining all of his findings and what repairs would need to be done. Theo met and spoke with my husband because we were in need of a new roof. Theo was very helpful, kind and professional. He answered when we had questions and showed up when he said he would. Once insurance was approved, he and John came by to help us understand to next steps and get us squared away. Couldn’t have been happier and look forward to our new roof!
Brandon and Brandon stopped by to evaluate my roof. They were very professional and gave me lots of pictures showing areas that need some TLC. Brandon also did a video on the roof so I could see the areas of concern. The video was very helpful. Besides a few small repairs I did not need a new roof at this time. Thank you for my evaluation!
First the salesman Exzavier was very nice, informative and available anytime we called or texted him. He showed up when he said he would show up and was very hands on something my husband and I liked. The team to start the work was supposed to come that Friday but something happened and the team leader called and left me a message to let us know which we very much appreciated. From the beginning Brandon was a very helpful. I called him out because I was in desperate need for a new roof. He was honest throughout the whole process, really took the time to make sure I was informed of everything related to the roof, and made me feel heard and valued.
