Started with a door knocking salesman due to recent storms. I welcomed an inspection as I have been contemplating going through the process for a few years. After inspection they said all the right “buzz words” and I followed through with submitting a claim. After the claim came through (not covering a full roof of course) pretty much got ghosted. Hi I just had visit with this awesome workers yesterday and let me tell you all of them were so nice and polite. They made me feel so comfortable even to explaining in both languages Spanish and English,they have people that can translate if you don't know English everything was explained even in words that I can for sure understand. I had a great experience with this roofing company from start to finish. Jimmy, the sales representative, did an outstanding job walking me through the entire process—from getting approval through my insurance company to helping me choose the roofing products that best fit my needs. He kept me informed every step of the way, and I always knew what was happening.
