We purchased a new roof from Best Choice Roofing near the end of April. Our salesman was Josh who was assisted by his supervisor Ray . Our first meeting was at the house. I appreciated the factual disposition of Josh and Ray's sales pitch. I don't attend well to the hard sell approach. We needed a roof. Simple as that. Everything went well from inspection to installation of the roof. The sales representative, Raymond Lumpkin along with the roofing team made themselves readily available and went out of their way to insure all questions/concerns were addressed. The roof looks fantastic. The roofers were on time, worked diligently, and did a great job with cleanup.
I enjoyed working with Best Choice Roofing. From start to finish, all the employees were very professional. I appreciated their patience in working with me and answering my questions and concerns. Our decking was in pretty bad shape and needed extra attention. The only thing I am concerned about is not hearing from them regarding the issue with sealing the sunroom roof where it touches the brick wall.
