I am grateful to Best Choice Roofing for the excellent job they did installing my new roof. The installation crew worked efficiently and completed the removal and replacement in just one day. Best Choice Roofing made sure everything was done correctly and to a high standard. I want to give special thanks to Bryce Dodge, who was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He is very knowledgeable about insurance claims and, being fluent in Spanish, made the process even smoother. Best Choice Roofing truly has a great team.
Well, I needed my roof done and these guys were quick to answer. I sent them my claim from my insurance, and instead of reviewing it and checking they ran it through. They told me everything looked good. Come to find out 3 weeks later by a harassing phone call threatening me about i owed them 12k. I called and Justin there got on the phone and literally demanded that I owe them 12k when he didn't even know the numbers that I actually owed them. I’m so grateful for Best Choice Roofing. We had a roof issue from a previous repair and they sent Danny to come inspect the issue and get his crew to work on it. He stayed on-site to ensure it was done properly and gave me updates and photos along the way. I so appreciated not having to feel like I had to monitor their work. Best Choice Roofing is what it sounds like! The best choice! These guys did an amazing job communicating there process and was very flexible to schedule this roof job for when it worked best for me! My roof looks great. My yard was just as clean when they left as it was as when they got here! I highly recommend these guys!
