My experience with this company has been a nightmare! After a horrible repair job my house fully got damaged from rain and I am now out thousands of dollars for Best Choice Roofing hairrible craftmenship! . Sadly, the owner of BEST CHOICE ROOFING has made it clear that good faith negotiations will no longer be necessary and now threatens to get the "lawyers" involved. Outstanding Performance by the Sales Reps: Gabrielle Bowen-Schwanke and Joshua Rouse, they were the first ones to approach me concerning damage to my roof. Once inspected, Interior damage in my upstairs attic was also found. We are very happy with the new shingles on our house. The process was very easy because BCR took care of everything from the beginning of the process until the completion of the roof. The salesperson went above and beyond coming to the house several times and dealing with our insurance company. We really just sat back and let him take charge of everything. Alyssa Hagan came out from Best Choice Roofing Wilmington and looked at my roof and gave me an honest inspection. At this time there wasn’t isn’t enough damage to replace the roof and she will come back out after the next storm. It is nice to know that there are still honest people in the world.
Today Ms. Dee Freeman came out to inspect my roof. She was efficient in answering all of my questions and corcerns. I will definitely be using this company in the near future.
