My experience with Kyle and Destiny was amazing!! Destiny was very helpful, friendly and professional, Kyle was so professional and was knowledgeable with his work, I truly appreciate them both and looking forward to working with Best Choice Roofing! They are both phenomenal people! Great Job
These are the worst people in the business. Overpriced and in the practice of canvasing neighborhoods, ignoring "no soliciting" signs and recommending full roof replacement when a minor repair is all that's needed. Very unprofessional business practices. Their estimated on my roof was 6x more than every other contractor that quoted me. After I said no they still returned uninvited to my house to ask if I wanted another quote. Pushy, overpriced, and borderline illegal business practices. STAY AWAY FROM THEM
Kyle Timmons Inspection Team work very hard to get insurance back to look at roof again, for insurance claim, that was battling since October 2024. Ann Miceli was great worked to get insurance and payment cleared, then she got everything moving. The roofing crew was fantastic, very nice job. And the clean up was real good. And anytime the company called to relate anything was great...Thank you all!!
Do not work for this company, do not trust this company. They hire on salesmen who find great leads, BIG MONEY. And then the Managers and GM sit around on their thumbs till the employees run out of savings (because they don’t pay you till the deal closes, no hourly, nada) then when you’re forced into leaving because you can’t afford to dump money into a job that is promising a BIG payout , the MANAGERS swoop in and steal your leads away.
