Update: We were able to ahold of them and get the required documents we needed. I spoke to Belinda to get everything sorted and she was super sweet and very helpful. Overall I give this company a 5/5 and would recommend them for a new roof. Best Choice Roofing was an amazing company to choose for our new roof. God is good. I really appreciate being able to get my roof replaced after years of worrying and wondering if I’d ever be able to get it to stop leaking and the damage being caused I came across Best Choice Roofing through my youngest son who was employed through them and they signed me up and got me done and it looks so good. The roof job was excellent. Prompty finished in one day. The color is perfect. The billing was rocky; I was asked to pay a lot more, after the roof was already off. Anyway they did their best to reimburse me, so I'm giving them 5 stars anyway. Very satisfied. James Gray PM , Philip Lucas, GM
The crew and team that I had were amazing to work with from beginning to end. They were quick to respond, come out to give a quote, quick to schedule material delivery and installation. Best Choice Roofing was an amazing company to choose for our new roof. They were quick to respond to our call, quick to install our new roof, and overall very professional. However, after the work was completed we needed some paperwork for our insurance and have not been able to get in touch with them again. We have called multiple times and emailed them multiple times and still have not received the paperwork we need for our insurance company.
