Matthew solicited my business in the early part of July and stated they could work with my insurance company. He came by on July 10th, gathered my documents and stated that he'd send my information to their resolution specialist. Fast forward to August where I sent multiple follow-up messages to him, he finally responded and told me they'd be out to do a shingle harvest and to tarp my roof.
