Anne and Teddy knocked on my door, and despite me telling them they were not supposed to be inside a gated community, they insisted and convinced me that everything would be handled with no cost. Initially we were super impressed by this company. We called on July 4th because a shingle had blown off our home. They answered the phone and had someone out that weekend. While the man was on the roof, he took a video sent it to us and spoke with my husband on the phone. He recommended we replace our shingles with a better quality shingle because it was time.
