I honestly could not be happier with these guys. I had some concerns about my roof and Ryan came out and looked it over for free, then handled dealing with my insurance company and everything. Everything about the contract was explained very clearly, and they don't pressure you to try and upgrade or change things you don't need or add hidden charges. Ryan Jones is fantastic! I struck up a conversation with him at my neighbors house and he informed me about wind and hail damage in the area and helped me get a new roof covered by my insurance. I would have never known otherwise. Thank you so much!!
Colin and Kim are phenomenal!! They were very helpful, helped us navigate the entire roofing process!! They were very instrumental in helping us with the financial part. Kim called my husband twice to check up on him after having open heart surgery. BCR is the the best !!
