UPDATE: I did not use this company bc they were EXTREMELY overpriced. And I never talked to the same person again. Got a roof for nearly 1/3 of the price & am completely satisfied. Ozaous was wonderful! He came by to help me out with a new roof due to hail & wind damage. Also helping with info from insurance adjuster to make sure the process is smooth. Thanks for the extra time spent waiting on the inspector this evening.
I couldn't be happier with the work Luis and the team at Kalle Roofing and Construction did on our home. They installed a French drain, reflashed several areas of the house, installed new doors, repaired a water-damaged bonus room, and finished it off with beautiful new siding. ***BUYER BEWARE*** I've never had the displeasure of working with any company so unprofessional. I had to repeatedly ask to get a quote, it took a few weeks to talk to anyone to get it scheduled, and now I'm trying to get them to honor their warranty and they are ghosting me. Their office won't even get back to me despite me trying different ways of contacting them. I reached out originally almost two months ago now.
