I am now working with a different company to repair my "new roof". Worst Choice has done nothing to rectify this debacle. More like worst choice roofing. They completely failed to meet their contracted start date. Used my driveway to store material for a month. Lied and said they had people at my house to work while I was their alone. I wish I didn’t have to give them one star because they don’t deserve it. They sent a team the first Friday in April to install my new roof. They didn’t start on the roof until 4pm, meaning they did more of it in the dark than the daylight. We tried to get them to just wait until Monday morning so they’d have daylight, but nope. When they finally finished just before 11pm, the guy told me he’d come back Monday to take a look at it because he couldn’t see anything in the dark. Best Choice was great, they did a great job working with my insurance to ensure the roof was completely taken care of. The guys did a great job and I had a new roof in less than 6 hours! Kasey was the man who came to my door and did my inspection, he is a really great guy who wants to work with people and ensure they get the best quality they can! I highly recommend Best Choice to anybody who is in need of a new roof.
Ozaous was wonderful! He came by to help me out with a new roof due to hail & wind damage. Also helping with info from insurance adjuster to make sure the process is smooth. Thanks for the extra time spent waiting on the inspector this evening.
