Worst experience ever! Noone on job who “understands” fluent English. Came and checked on roof install middle of day and this is what I found during and after I returned end of day when job was SUPPOSE to be complete. Fascia knocked loose - nailed bk with roofing nails - had to point out to use finishing nails. Sloppy work- filled cracks 1/2 in wide in one place- other gaps are still present -I could put my fingers in -with caulk- really? Hole in soffit left unrepaired. I am writing this review to express my level of complaint and disappointment with this company. After the project was completed, or so I'm not sure if it was truly completed, the way they handled the issue when I spoke with their management was truly unprofessional. The company gave me the feeling of avoidance when problems arose. I was repeatedly frustrated by their work ethic; I called multiple times, only to have one person answer the message saying the manager would contact me, but they never actually contacted me. Jacob Spivey was Very Professional and went over everything thoroughly, also we were very pleased with his presentation and knowledge of the products the he had for us I would highly recommend working with him.
