This was one of the worst experiences I've had with a company. I originally called them because I had a roof sagging over my back porch. I showed the 2 men where the trouble was, instead of letting me know they apparently don't do that kind of work, they told me that when they had the roof tore down they would look at it, leading me to believe they would fix it. This company is predatory. They should not be contacting Insurance agencies to file claims on my behalf. They came to my home for an inspection and claimed there was roof damage, then pushed me to call and file a claim. I immediately said no, and got a second opinion. They go and push until they get what they want, which is to line their pockets. No, thank you. Find another solution, people. A company with more integrity, a company that wants to do honest work.
Took care of my issues in a timely manner. Flexible and willing to work with me and my hectic schedule.
