The roof was installed 4 weeks before due date...so happy. The team came a daybreak - excellent. They did a very good job with installation and clean up. I deducted 2 stars because I was supposed to get a peel and stick foam underlayment. I paid an extra $2025 for this upgrade. As I was watching, it didn't look right. I picked up a discarded piece of the underlayment they were using. It was the standard, no frills brand. If I wasn't watching, I would've paid for something I didn't receive. Best Choice Roofing (BCR) was our first phone call after Hurricane Ian. They responded quickly. The next day Gerry, one of their sales representatives came to our home and performed an inspection. He provided us a video of our roof including explanation of the specific damage. We needed our entire roof replaced.
