Wife’s medicine was supposed to be re filled on 12-11-2024. It is now 12-30-24 and the medication has still not been re filled. This is not a medication that you are supposed to come off of and when she has called, she has heard nothing but excuses and the medication has still not been called in.
Wonderful people and friendly staff! I felt at home immediately. Looking forward to my next visit.
First few visits were great. As of now, anytime I set an appointment or call for test results the older woman behind the desk attitude completely changes. I haven’t given any reason for her rudeness at all. Karen is amazing, but the receptionist acts like it is a problem to help me out. Never rude to her yet the moment I give her my name the entire atmosphere shifts. She is short with anything asked and rushes to end any conversation. Went as a walk in and was seen extremely quick. Everyone from start to finish was extremely nice. Will probably be my new clinic.
My most favorite Dr. In the world. She handles all my medical needs and then some.
