With Ron, you pay for what you get. Excellent insight and knowledge and professional clear cut reports. I wish more inspectors did what he does, he's worth every Penney. If you are there during the inspection he'll walk you through it step by step even if it takes twice as long. His service is exemplary.

Best in the business. We receive VERY thorough inspection reports, complete with photos, and he leaves no stone unturned. He has also been great at identifying potential foundation issues, and we get some great recommendations from him regarding improvements that should be made to the home. We've hired him to inspect about 5 homes at this point so far, and have never regretted it. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and an expert in his field.

I’ve had many inspections over the years and Ron is the most thorough by a long shot. Even before he wrote his report, he spent an hour and a half with me going over every little detail that he was going to put in it. I highly recommend his service!
