A/C went out. Called best choice and they were quick, professional, and gave me information about what was wrong. A/C back working with no issues. Would recommend 10x over

More like Last Choice Heat&Air. These guys messed up 3 times with me, 1- sold and installed a gas valve meant for propane, not natural gas like i needed, then 2- charged me for 1 hour and a half labor charge ($175) and couldn't figure out there mistake. So I got a real HVAC Company to figure it out, it took real HVAC Pros like 5 minutes to figure out they installed the wrong part. Your technician was blaming the lg&e gas line. Which is obviously always working. At minimum you should give me my one and a half hour chargeback.... read more
