It was a really great experience working with Tom and Eric. Eric did an outstanding installation of a new propane fireplace and Tom even showed up on Christmas Eve afternoon to do some final adjustments to the fireplace so that it would be fully operational for Christmas. What a great team!!
Thank you to Rhoan and his team at Best Choice Heating. Even though they are swamped with all the calls in the heat we are having, they had a technician out within a reasonable time. The problem was quickly diagnosed. We needed a new fan motor on our heat pump. The tech made a quick trip back to the shop to see if they had one in stock. We were in luck. What a great experience..they rushed to get a tech here within 24 hours and Tom fixed the problem in 10 minutes. He was polite, honest, very knowledgable,and efficient. Very affordable. Very trustworthy. Thank you so much for getting our heat working again.
