My shoulders and back have been tight for a long time. I wasnt sure if i should see a chiropractor, but this had become an emergency, so i booked an appointment. They actually have anew patient special which was great. I figured i would give it a shot for 1 month and see how i feel. I am so glad that i did, because my pain is now gone!
Dr. Martin is one of the best chiropractors in ottawa. When I first started seeing him, I had so much pain in my lower back and neck, that I had to take medical leave from work. I have been seeing him for 2 years now, and have not stopped worked due to pain since that time. I have also noticed an increase in my energy and mood, which has been a pleasant unexpected surprise. These guys know what they are doing. I have tried many differnt chiropractors in ottawa, and Dr. Z is by far the best chiro. He gets straight to the point, and for an adjustment, I am in and out within 15 mins. I have recommended them to my friend and they gave her a deal. My back pain stopped within 1 week of seeing them.
