I spoke to Andrew. I sent pictures of what needed to be replaced. He then sent me pictures of the various rails to choose from. The communications was great. The time that he specified to when the workers would arrive was accurate. All around, I am very satisfied with Best Chicago Railings and I highly recommend them.
