A friend recommended a local carpet cleaning service after I said I could not afford to replace my carpet. They told me to call Patrick because he does great work. Patrick arrived right on time and even called when he was on the way, which I really appreciated. My carpet was in very rough shape with heavy soil and traffic lane buildup, and Patrick was honest from the start about its condition. He explained what carpet cleaning could improve and what normal wear might still show, which made me trust him right away. Since repl... read more
This was my first time using Best Charlotte Carpet Cleaning after moving into a home where the previous owners had pets and left behind carpet stains and odor that had been there for a long time. I reached out online in the evening and got a very fast response, which made scheduling easy. Darius arrived on time, was professional, polite, and explained the carpet cleaning process clearly. After the deep cleaning and stain treatment, the carpets looked fresh, bright, and almost like new again. The service was thorough, the pri... read more
I’ve recommended Sebastian to my clients anytime they needed carpet cleaning, tile and grout steam cleaning, or upholstery cleaning. I recently used him again at my own home in Charlotte for the carpets, tile floors, and sectional sofa, and the results were amazing. Everything looked fresh, clean, and bright, and the whole house smelled great afterward. He was professional, affordable, and easy to work with from start to finish. The deep carpet cleaning removed built-up dirt and left the rooms feeling renewed, and the uphols... read more
Being new to the area, I wanted to support a local carpet cleaning company. After looking online, I picked a family-run service with great reviews and years of experience. Ernest called me quickly to go over what I needed and gave me a fair quote. He did a deep carpet cleaning in my new home and got the carpets looking almost like new again. He was professional, easy to talk to, and clearly knew the right cleaning methods for each room. He also shared helpful referrals for other home services I might need, like flooring, plu... read more
They never let me down. The carpet cleaning service is always professional, thorough, and top quality. We have older carpet that really shows its age, but each time the crew deep cleans it, the rooms look refreshed, lifted, and much cleaner than expected. Pet stains and odors are treated with care, and the carpet is left looking restored and smelling fresh. Isaiah recently helped us after our elderly dog had a few accidents in the house, and he was very kind and understanding. He and Jorge went above and beyond with the stai... read more
