I had both Ernest and Isaiah come out to my home in Charlotte for carpet cleaning and to stretch the carpet in a busy hallway. I also had an outdoor area rug that got red clay stains from people walking on it. Isaiah worked hard and got the stains out, so now the rug looks like new again. Terrible customer service. We scheduled for August 5th, and we were told that there would be carpet cleaners coming between 1-3pm. However, when we called and asked, around 1:50pm, we’re told that the appointment isn’t August 5th but instead August 6th. We told them it was an error on their end and to please pull the call log so that they’re aware of when we originally scheduled.
