We had our carpet cleaned on October 29, 2025. They did a very through job. Thumbs up. Update to June 3, 2026: Elijah and Mike did a great job. We are again best pleased with Best Steam Carpet Cleaning!
We had a tenant who let his puppy go to the bathroom all over our carpets so we thought we would have to replace them. Luckily for us, we called Best Carpet Clean Steaming and Arthur came over today and completely got the stains and odor out. Our carpets look brand new. We would highly recommend this company. Their service was very professional and friendly. Thank you, Arthur.
From my initial conversation with Bridget to the final result of cleaning (a sofa and 2 very dirty club chairs) with Nicole, the process was professional, stress-free and friendly! I am making a list of other services I want to engage them for.. BTW, Veteran/woman owned and Veteran employees.. extremely happy!!
