Very responsive to make appointment. The guy who came out seemed to be nice as well. I only gave a bad review due to quality of service. I had a high traffic area that did not come clean. He said it was not possible to remove traffic area stain. I bought a bissel carpet cleaner and used it in the same spot, the traffic area stain came right up.
