Got a quote over the phone for $99 per room, but the bill came out to almost triple that once they were done. They added charges for “pre-treatment” and “heavy soil” that were never mentioned upfront. When I questioned it, they said it was standard. Felt like a bait-and-switch.
Booked them for a deep clean and they showed up 2 hours late without calling. The technician seemed inexperienced and left water marks all over the carpet. It took almost 48 hours to dry and the stains I paid to have removed were still there. Won’t be using them again.
Lans did a great job on all our carpets last month in March. Reached out for availability needed within 2 days and he responded the same day to schedule within those 2 days. He did 6 areas with extra spot cleaning for heavily soiled spots. My husband and I were very pleased for the second time! Lans also did our carpets last year. The price was reasonable and still is. Lans’ communication was great! We will be calling again when needed. Thanks again Lans!!
