HARAM.. THE WOODLANDS ALL OVER AGAIN. THEY EMPTIED MY ACCOUNT. 🛑 UPDATE 🛑 BEWARE 🛑 I was told by Renata the cold is ice director that corporate doesn’t want to refund any money back due to the review I made, they blocked me from Social Media and took my reviews down. I tried to reach out to the owner KHALID SAKR, I even did a Google search to find different numbers for Mr. Khalid Sakr (wasn’t happy about other things all public record) I wanted to contact him to let him know what was going on and that we wanted our money ... read more

If I can give 1/2 star I would. Do not bring anyone you care about to this place! They lied about bathing my Mom. We paid extra for level 4. Assisted 3-4 showers a week, assisted toileting etc. they also said they have a doctor on staff and would get the best of care, including physical therapy. We had to give them a non refundable 1500, plus 250. For the last two was of the month. And they took 1800 out of my mom’s account at the beginning of the month. FYI.
