Best care medical and Dr Anwari in my opinion are the best doctor and medical centre in Liverpool. Not only are all the staff professional and kind, they are so helpful and so respectful. Dr Anwari is top notch and a very amazing doctor who does whatever he can to help his patients, no matter how small some issues may seem he takes it seriously and never makes any one feel stupid. I highly highly recommend this place.
Best Care Medical has been my go-to all-rounder medical clinic of choice for the past 2 or 3 years and I absolutely love the care that my young son and I receive here. Lina from 4cyte Pathology continues to help me feel comfortable every time I require blood work done. I’ve suffered extreme anxiety and triggered with needles for a long time and Lina has made the process extremely comfortable for me every time, she is always calm, kind and will take the time afterwards to make sure I’m alright. Veronica the receptionist has the worst customer service and manners i have ever encountered. You might come in and catch her on a good day, but for the most part is she is rude and unprofessional and comes across as very controlling. I have witnessed her yell at the doctor, receptionist and patients, she must be good at admin because he seems to keep her around. I saw Doctor Mohsen because I found out I was pregnant, he was not very caring. I had to ask what are the next steps now, what to do?, any advise as I never got pregnant before. He did not even ask how I was feeling, it seems he does not like what he does. The reception service is good and pathology as well as there are not too many people waiting.
