Great Place! I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great doctor who offers excellent care.
I recently took a close friend to Dr. Medhats clinic regarding an emergency situation. Dr. Medhat was kind, quick,very knowledgeable and had no hesitation on recommending more urgent medical treatment and directed us to the nearst ER. I will definitely remember him and his clinic and use when my dcotors office is too busy to work me in. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends.
Great Dr. who always has remembered me and my family. Has treated us for many, many things over several years. Never had to wait too long or felt like we were rushed. He is open everyday and often there late into the evening. I was actually told that I would have to pay out of pocket expenses at one minor emergency clinic becasue of the way they chose to run my private insurance. I have good insurance from Blue Cross Blue Shield and they were telling me I would have to pay out of pocket for everything: xrays, medicine, etc. ... read more
First I will start with the good: SUPERFAST! I was in and out in about 30 mins (and thats with filling out new pt paperwork). Not good: Dr. Michel seems to not favor women. He was very condescending. I have never been more insulted in my entire life. He all but said my daughters illness was my fault. He didnt let me get a word in edgewise. Had he let me speak, he wouldve know that I did everything he was telling me I should have done. I have nothing but good things to say about Best Care Medical Center. We were there today as a follow up after our daughter fell last week. As parents of three active children, it sure beats the long wait in the ER room. In a stressful situation (our daughter had fallen from a swing set), the doctor was able to calm and treat her. We are so thankful.
This place is one of the greatest and he treats the patient with great care. He is very laid back and treats you with respect.
We have seen Dr Michael several times now, because we have not yet, found a family physician here in Edmond. He is absolutely fabulous! He has treated us with great care, and has always known exactly what is wrong, and has fixed the problems 100%.Not only has he given us great care, but he has called to check on our family at home several times, after we came down with pneumonia. We highly recommend him!
Dr. Michael is a very good physician. He treated our sick 4 year old right before we had to go on a trip. Because of Dr. Michael, we were able to enjoy our trip after all! His facility is really "state of the art".
