TERRIBLE! Front desk girl has zero knowledge and hangs up on you and then when you try calling back because you're trying to get them to clear a billing issue that THEY CAUSED they refuse until finally 13 times later they answer the phone!! Then proceed to tell you that you're going to have to call your insurance even when you KNOW that you will not get anywhere because THEY USED THE WRONG CODING and you've been through this crap with them before so you KNOW the problem! Stacy is fantastic! She listens and doesn't just write you off that its nothing! She has helped me so much and I would recommend her to anyone! From a simple cold to something serious if she doesn't know she figures it out! Everyone in the office is amazing!
