Stacy is the absolute best. Her practice is family focused and she does such an amazing job listening and understanding before giving advice and recommendations. I recommend her for all your family practice and healthcare needs. We are lucky to have her in the community!
TERRIBLE! Front desk girl has zero knowledge and hangs up on you and then when you try calling back because you're trying to get them to clear a billing issue that THEY CAUSED they refuse until finally 13 times later they answer the phone!! Then proceed to tell you that you're going to have to call your insurance even when you KNOW that you will not get anywhere because THEY USED THE WRONG CODING and you've been through this crap with them before so you KNOW the problem!
