I have worked for this company as well as 911 for the past 6 years. The management is always helpful, the dispatchers are professional and go above and beyond to give the medic’s as much information about the calls as possible before we arrive. Working at this company is like working with a second family. We all work very hard and take care of every patient as if they were family.

An okay group of coworkers but it's family owned and operated. Which means the family members did not have to adhere to what was required of employees. The management often ruled by imtimitation with the constant threat of your job was on the line. The family are not from the US and are really here to capitalize on the American dollar. Its essentially a garbage company @
This is my job. I am the communications supervisor. In other words, I am a dispatcher and I 'll love what I do. We have some good day, and some, not so good, but overall, yes, I love it
Same as any other crappy private ambulance service!
Come on people you really need to realize and think of the bigger picture. Say for instance you saw someone talking on the phone that could be the communication between the ambulance and the hospital as the medic in the back is doing cpr trying to keep someone's loved one alive. Driving fast could be a malfunction of the electronics so no siren or lights and someone's loved one needs to get to the hospital and instead of waiting for another unit they proceeded to the hospital. I have been employed with this service about one year now and I can honestly say I enjoy coming to work. Management is involved with the company on a daily basis ensuring the best care possible. Our medics and wheelchair techs are professional and provide the utmost compassion for every patient they transport. The office staff are eager to help and friendly. I would recommend Best Care for employment and transporting patients.....
