The dispatch phone line was terrible. The woman on the phone began arguing with my grandmother when we needed transportation for my grandfather. Who cares that the phone disconnected? Apparently Bria does. Sucks that this is the only company on the eastern shore to use.
Have used multiple times for transport for my father. Although there have been some very good people and experiences, unfortunately the bad has outweighed the good. Their dependability leaves a lot to be desired. We have scheduled multiple times for wheel chair transport and they have shown up with an ambulance and stretcher instead. For my father with mobility issues all of these transfers from wheel chair to stretcher to wheel chair are very problematic.
