They are scam. try to stay far away from them. They are taking your money for one year and if you move from the area after few months then they will not refund your money back. Plus their customers services are zero they’re not professional also.
I visited Mr. Wash in this location recently and was let down by both the vacuum and the car wash itself. The vacuum suction was extremely weak—it barely picked up any dirt, leaving the interior still dusty. The exterior wash wasn’t much better. After the rinse, I noticed several dark spots and streaks still visible on the car, especially on the doors and rear bumper. For the price, I expected a more thorough clean. I hope they improve the equipment and quality soon.
Communication only through email to deal with account issues is extremely frustrating. I have tried to claim my account online, however, I never receive a code to my email when requesting one online. Attempts to reach customer service via email go unanswered. Meanwhile they continue to have problem charging my credit card each month.
