I walked in to get a turn signal switch replacement and the automatically gave me service and fixed my problem. Thanks best auto care... Im coming back again!!!
Best experience I’ve had with any auto body shop by far. The pricing is great and all employees genuinely care about all customers and their vehicles and it goes to show. I recommend taking your vehicle here over anywhere !
We love Best Car Care, and we have been going there for many years. We have always been satisfied with the speedy service and care for the customer.
This place is shady, The mechanic (part changer)/manager "Has" doesn't know the mechanics of cars well. I paid them $300 to change lower control arms & ball joints, get my car back it does all kind of clacking & rattling on one side, had to take it to an alignment ship twice for them to diagnose the problem. My control arms weren't tightened at all which is dangerous. Had to pay another shop to fix a problem that Best Car Care created. The worst car shop ever...took 530$ to fix my car.. It does the same exact thing it did before I brought it..will not refund not even partial of my money.
DONT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I BROUGHT MY CAR HERE TO GET MY WATERPUMP CHANGED, WHEN I GOT MY CAR BACK MY AIR STOPPED WOKING AND MY GEARS WOULD NOT SWITCH. I WILL BE FILING A LAW SUIT!!!!!!!!!
Cheapest price and very good service they changed a couple parts for free for me because they were already taking that part off very honest people at Best Car Car thanks to Mr. Mark
