Don't go here if you want good customer service. None of the employees can hold a normal conversation. They are rude, abrupt and somewhat standoffish. The inventory seems to be okay, but I would not want to buy from someone who doesn't value their customers enough to treat them respectfully.
GREAT PLACE – Ii bought my scooter here and it runs good and I have had no problems with it! I also bring it here for regular maintenance (which is necessary for your scooter) . They also do other repairs and sell parts. They are friendly, reliable and it is the only place I will go!! They are the BEST!!!!!!!! Shannon
not a good place – Best buy scooters is not a place to go for your scooter needs. The person was very rude to us and keeping a close eye on us. I was trying to look at a scooter more closely and he did not even offer to move it for me so I can look at it. The plate cards for the scooter did not look right. You can find info on plate card from the scoot buyers guide I could find the dot and epa card at all on this bike. I do not like this place or the person who work at this place. He was no help to me at all.
