Got a doughboy pool last year had to use him as he is the northeast dealer...i really enjoyed working with him the entire time until I was able to jump in the pool to realize it was not 4 ft deep all the way around the pool, lose liner, wrinkles, etc..had the worst time getting him to come back to look at the pool when he did he said he would fix beginning of the season I asked for it in writing which I received! Omg just got quoted $1900 for a liner replacement when all other bids were between $700-$900!!
I was going through my pool file and wanted to see if this Business was still operating. Ted never fulfilled the contract I signed with his company. He never installed the railing, never came back for the grading, never provided a hard cover and I guess thankfully never came back. Since I worked with his wife, I decided against suing him for the cover $1700 or the installation of the handrail. I did not even bother to call him when the pump went out and contacted the manufacturer myself and replaced as he had missed all deli... read more
